Return And Exchange Policy

Our policy is very simple; If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then simply return your item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement or full refund depending on your preference.

If any item delivered is either the wrong item (not what was ordered), damaged or faulty, then we will pay for the return postage. Please email your name, full postal address, details of the item and why it is being returned to returns@loveigloo.com. We will then send you a pre-paid returns package and process your replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the returned item(s). Returned products must be in the original condition that you received them i.e. so that wrong and unwanted items can be resold at their full value.

When returning items, please obtain a proof of postage to prevent complications in the event of an item not reaching us.
